New book review by Elaine Ward 30/11/2021

Updated: Dec 16, 2021

An insightful and detailed fictional novel historically set over three decades from the 1970’s to the 1990’s with the odd glimpse back into 1940/50’s Ireland. Whilst the subject matter of the book is serious, there is much light and shade to be had, particularly in Molly’s exploits as a teenager. We are reminded of some key historic moments but my favourites are the songs of the 1980’s!
